Our story
Why we started Apex Didamas
Clubs, hotels and restaurants are some of the most demanding businesses to run. Hundreds of members, multiple outlets, kitchens, rooms, banquets and a committee that expects clean numbers every month.
Our founder spent years implementing and supporting club ERP systems across Indian clubs. He saw the same problems again and again: POS screens freezing at peak hours, billing that took days, and accounts teams reconciling exports by hand.
Apex Didamas Private Limited was founded to fix that — with modern, integrated software, built on proven technology, implemented by people who understand how a club actually runs.

DineshKumar D founded Apex Didamas with years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting club ERP systems at Indian clubs — from member billing and POS roll-outs to data migration, staff training and go-live support.
That experience shapes everything we build: software that is practical for the steward at the bar, reliable for the accounts manager at month-end, and clear for the committee reviewing the numbers.
