Can the POS work for both a hotel and a restaurant?

Yes. Configure separate outlets for restaurant, bar, room service and banquets, each with its own menu, printers and tax settings, and post room-service bills to the guest folio.

Does it support KOT printing to multiple kitchens?

Yes. Each menu item is mapped to a kitchen section, and a single order automatically splits into the right KOTs for each printer.

Is the POS GST compliant?

Yes. Invoices carry GST breakup and HSN/SAC codes, and GST sales reports are available for filing.

Can we use our existing printers and hardware?

In most cases, yes — standard thermal printers, cash drawers and Windows or Android terminals work. We'll confirm during the demo.
