What is club management software?
Club management software (club ERP) runs a members' club end to end: membership and subscriptions, member billing, restaurant and bar POS with KOT, inventory, rooms and banquets, and accounts — all in one system so every charge reaches the member's statement and the general ledger automatically.
Can you migrate data from our existing club software?
Yes. We migrate member masters, opening balances, item and recipe masters, and ledgers from your current system, then reconcile totals with your accounts team and run a parallel billing cycle before go-live.
Is Apex Didamas cloud-based or on-premise?
Both. We can host the ERP in the cloud or install it on your club's own server, depending on your IT policy and internet reliability.
Do you work with hotels and restaurants that are not clubs?
Absolutely. Our hotel and restaurant POS, inventory and payroll modules work as standalone products for hotels, restaurants, cafés and bars.
How long does an implementation take?
A restaurant POS can go live in days. A full club ERP typically takes a few weeks, depending on the number of outlets and how much data needs migrating. We'll give you a written plan after the demo.
